My professional career began in the world of food, more precisely as a butcher. Even then, I was fascinated by high-quality food, both in terms of its quality and variety. However, I was not only interested in the products themselves, but also in the people I worked with and the dynamic atmosphere that is created when you pursue common goals. Driven by this enthusiasm and determination, I managed to rise to the top of one of Europe's largest meat producers, where I served as CEO. This position gave me valuable insights and taught me how to operate successfully in a challenging and dynamic environment. In 2016, I was named "Best CEO in Switzerland" in the large company category in the Handelszeitung, a recognition that I was particularly pleased about. Nevertheless, I am firmly convinced that employees are the heart of a company. Their tireless commitment, creative thinking and passion are the driving force behind success. Without them, a boss would just be an idea. I am now facing a new chapter in my professional career. I am ready for new challenges and the next step. My goal is to advise companies at eye level along the entire value chain of the food industry and to pass on my extensive knowledge and expertise.
